Our dedicated inventory team will undertake a full inventory and will provide both the landlord and the tenant with a complete report.

Whilst the property is unattended, as the landlord, you will need to pay all utilities as well as council tax.

As the landlord, you will need to pay your apartment’s Service Charge and Ground Rent as well as ACL’s management fees.

We have a dedicated Landlord Exec Team, from which you will be appointed a direct contact.

There could be court costs incurred if a resident was to fall into arrears. Therefore, you may like to consider rental protection in case of arrears.

Our average tenancy duration rate is 12 months. Our retention rate is 75%.

What is the viewings process for prospect renters?
All of our prospective residents are pre-qualified before any viewing to ensure that we only ever propose offers which would be acceptable.

All of our buildings are reviewed on a quarterly basis.

Rents are collected via direct debit through our system provider.
